All registered Players are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before any withdrawal request will be processed. Proof of residential address — such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months — is also required. All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the name of the account holder. winbox01 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Where a discrepancy is identified between the account holder's name and the payment method owner's name, the transaction will be declined and the funds returned.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the name of the account holder and previously used for a deposit transaction. Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits are subject to additional verification and may be declined.

winbox01 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending KYC review, a discrepancy in account information, or a breach of these Terms. All bets placed on winbox01 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. winbox01 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed on markets with an obvious pricing error, or bets that exceed the maximum stake limits applicable to a given market.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time a bet is placed. Limits may vary by market, sport, and event type, and are subject to change without prior notice.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or pricing error that results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds, winbox01 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account. winbox01 will not honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, regardless of whether the relevant event has concluded.
Live (in-play) betting is available on selected sports markets including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), Champions League, UFC, and other international sporting events. In-play odds are updated in real time and may be suspended or withdrawn at any point during an event. Bets accepted prior to a suspension will stand subject to the applicable result rules.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winbox01 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
winbox01 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or an ongoing AML or KYC investigation. Upon suspension, the Player's access to the Platform will be immediately restricted. Funds held in the account will be subject to review. Where the account suspension results from confirmed fraudulent or prohibited activity, winbox01 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. Where no breach is confirmed following investigation, the balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting winbox01 customer support via Live Chat. Prior to closure, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Players seeking to close their account for responsible gambling reasons may request a permanent self-exclusion rather than a standard account closure — please refer to Clause 13 for details.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winbox01 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
winbox01's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties. In the event of a dispute between a Player and winbox01, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication via the winbox01 customer support team. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure applicable in winbox01's licensing jurisdiction.
winbox01's decisions regarding the outcome of bets, account status, and bonus eligibility are final and binding subject to this dispute resolution procedure.
